  Installed an app called "Fake Location", didn't like it and uninstalled it.
  Now, every time my Ipad boots up, I get a pop up saying the program expired and asks me to close or buy it.
  
  How do I get rid of this pop-up?
  Tried reinstalling and uninstalling again, no luck.

  Have you tried to disable it in the notification center then delete the app?
  
  If that doesn't work the next time you update your iOS software should completely remove the app. You could also do a restore but I don't know if you want to go to that much trouble.
