  I would make sure it is properly charged (charging). Try to use another cable and charger, that could be broken. Sometimes letting the iPad run out of battery completely and then charing / switching it on works again.

  my ipad has been lock there in the screen came up with the incorrect enter of password it couldnt take away even if i cancel or retry the box of notice still there. i dont know what to do ,im just waiting for my ipad to be lowbat maybe something will happen after,,i couldn use it anymore,,can someone help me..

  If you can't remember your password, just restore it in iTunes.

  My advice is that you should turn to some related persons for help.
